當(dāng)注塑機(jī)開始生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品，模具閉合時(shí)觸碰到行程開關(guān)，行程開關(guān)傳遞信號(hào)給時(shí)序控制器，時(shí)序控制器計(jì)算好時(shí)間（計(jì)算好切刀何時(shí)頂出，頂出時(shí)長(zhǎng)，何時(shí)退出）輸出高壓油給油缸，油缸推動(dòng)切刀，頂出狀態(tài)完成。當(dāng)模具開模前2S，時(shí)序控制器泄壓，油缸壓力為零，切刀彈簧受力于模具，將切刀與油缸
