當注塑機開始生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品，模具閉合時觸碰到行程開關，行程開關傳遞信號給時序控制器，時序控制器計算好時間（計算好切刀何時頂出，頂出時長，何時退出）輸出高壓油給油缸，油缸推動切刀，頂出狀態(tài)完成。當模具開模前2S，時序控制器泄壓，油缸壓力為零，切刀彈簧受力于模具，將切刀與油缸
